Day 10 & 11 - Tadpoles and Memories

These were our last days at our Son's house in Lexington, NC, and we pretty much just enjoyed our time together.

Saturday was the last day that the pool was open at the Country Club, so Shannon and I and the children went to the pool while Jason and Jim went to the junk yard "surfing" for treasures.  Jim found two jacks for the RV and Jason came home empty handed.

In the meantime, the new receiver for the Dish satellite came in and Jim and Jason worked on the when they arrived home, but due to bad weather, they were not successful in getting the satellite working until Sunday when the weather was much better!  The temperatures have been in the mid 70's during the day and in the mid 50's in the evening.  We could get use to this!  Delightful!

The children all enjoy the water and even little Missy jumped off the diving board!  They were tadpoles making memories and I found myself laughing at them and their water antics many times!

Sunday we drove to Asheboro to attended church at Grace Fellowship Church (Presbyterian), with the family, and enjoyed the message and the music!

Sunday afternoon we spent getting the laundry done and readying the RV for our departure on Monday.  Playing with the Grandchildren, watching football and just being together was the highlight of our day!

We will miss our time with the family, but we are ready to move on!  (I'm sure they were as well!:)

Tomorrow is a new day, and we are looking forward to our trip to Virginia Beach, VA.
